Unlike an accumulator, where all bets must win, a combination bet covers different possible outcomes by splitting the stake across multiple bet types.

For example, in a Trixie bet, you select three teams, and the bet includes three doubles and one treble—meaning even if one selection loses, you can still get a return. Combination bets are commonly used in horse racing, football, and other multi-selection markets to manage risk while still offering high payouts.
