Martingale
Martingale is a betting strategy where you double your stake after every loss to recover previous losses and secure a profit once you win. It is commonly used in casino games like roulette but can also be applied to sports betting.
How It Works:- Start with a base stake (e.g., 10 EUR).
- If you lose, double your next bet (20 EUR).
- If you lose again, double again (40 EUR).
- Continue doubling until you win, at which point you recover all losses and make a small profit.
- Requires a large bankroll, as losing streaks can escalate bets quickly.
- Many bookmakers and casinos have betting limits, preventing indefinite doubling.
- It does not change the probability of winning; long-term losses are still possible.
While it can work in theory, Martingale is risky and not a sustainable betting strategy.
