Nap

Nap is a betting term used to describe a tipster's strongest or most confident selection of the day. It is considered their best bet, often based on detailed analysis or inside knowledge.

The term is widely used in horse racing but can apply to any sport. If a tipster or expert says, "Today's nap is Horse X in the 3:30 race," it means they believe it has the best chance of winning compared to their other picks. While naps are often well-researched, they are not guaranteed winners.
