Number Spread
Number Spread is a type of spread betting where you wager on whether a numerical outcome in an event will be higher or lower than a bookmaker's predicted range.
This is commonly used in sports like football, where you might bet on total goals, corners, or bookings. Instead of fixed odds, your profit or loss depends on how much the final result deviates from the spread.
For example, if a bookmaker sets the total goals spread at 2.8 - 3.2, and you bet "buy" at 3.2, you win more the higher the number of goals goes. If fewer goals are scored, you lose more. Spread betting is riskier than fixed-odds betting because losses can exceed the initial stake.
