Tapping Out

Tapping Out in betting refers to a bettor losing their entire bankroll, meaning they no longer have funds left to continue betting. It is often the result of poor bankroll management, chasing losses, or reckless betting.

For example, if a bettor starts with €500 and continually places high-risk bets until they lose everything, they have "tapped out." This term is commonly used in gambling, poker, and sports betting, symbolizing financial exhaustion.

To avoid tapping out, experienced bettors follow strict bankroll management strategies, such as betting only a small percentage of their funds per wager and avoiding emotional betting decisions.
